  Didn't get but half our order. Got home called, drove back to this location and was treated very rudely. I hope the owner' straighten this place up for others... I will not go back!

  Im sad to say I visit this McDonald's a lot. One of the reasons is because I live so close by, not even a mile away and because I can afford it. This McDonalds has gotten my order wrong on every single occasion and at first my boyfriend and I blew it off. Making excuses for them like "it was a little busy." Because we also work in fast food and customer service industries and we know how things can go. We have also filled out the online surveys and reported how dissatisfied we were, thinking that maybe just maybe things might get better. But then we go back a few more times and of course they're all wrong in some way or another. I kid you not I got a burger with two top buns once. I even have a picture of it. The people that work at this mcdonalds are almost all young adults. They do not care. They do not respect anyone who comes through their doors. (I should know I watched them make fun when my boyfriend turned his back after returning to correct our order) This last visit we had at this McDonald's our order was wrong. (shocker!!!). My boyfriend finally calls explains to the manager about our order very nicely I might add. The manager proceeds to say that they will need the food that is wrong back but we were in luck because we hadn't touched a single fry in the bag. So we go up to the McDonald's they replace the burgers that are wrong and give us semi fresh fries. My boyfriend and I shouldn't have to work so hard to get some McDonald's that we can actually eat. This store, the careless attitude and poor customer service needs to fixed.
