- 1 / 5By Tha MissesFood was cold and I waited 15 minutes for some fresh cooked chicken. The chicken meat part was greenish with blood. They served me some mashed potatoes that was marked Monday(10.30pm) and it was Saturday. The manager Jose is rude and cashier refused to give me her name. The manager told me to call corp, but he usually just toss the fax complaints in the trash. He laughed and clarified that it's not possible to contact the district manager. I think it's ridicules these franchise companies make it difficult for their customers to state their concerns. Employee are able to do anything they please and treat customers anyway. I will not EVER in my life spend any money at this place again. You barely even see customers at this place, so it won't be long.November 20, 2016
